Across all of my social media platforms, “good food good run :)” , my mission is to promote “do what you love, and love what you do :)”. My passions lie within running, cooking, and faith, so that's what I enjoy sharing! I take great pleasure in creating and posting healthy recipes to support a balanced lifestyle, all while offering my followers a glimpse into my journey as a dedicated student athlete in cross country and track at Clemson University.

A portion of proceeds from every shirt sold will go to Water Mission, Makenzie's preferred non-profit organization.
