Shipping
Place orders by Sunday 12/15 for delivery by Christmas.
All orders ship USPS and we are not responsible for carrier delays once in transit.
All graphics (shirts, accessories, etc) are custom printed for each order. Due to this, these items can take 3-5 business days to be processed and shipped. Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Outside of printed items, all other products will ship in 24-48 hours.
All orders ship from our warehouses in South Carolina.
Returns
Orders placed November 1st - December 31, 2025 are eligible to be returned until January 31, 2026.
Final sale items are non-returnable.
Use the "Start A Return" button below to initiate a return. Exchanges are not available for holiday purchases.
Items in new condition can be returned for a refund to original payment method. Items must be in new, resalable condition with tags attached to qualify for return.
Return shipping is free of charge. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds to the original payment method will be processed within 10-14 business days after the item is delivered back to us. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund is processed. Altered Latitudes does not currently offer exchanges.
