PAYMENTS
Payment is taken at the time consumer orders are submitted. 


ORDER CHANGES
Orders received during standard business hours 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday – Friday typically begin processing immediately. Orders received outside business hours begin processing the next business day.

To request an order change, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will make every effort to accommodate order changes, but please note that not all change requests can be accommodated.

Orders which have been processed and shipped cannot be changed or cancelled.

If shipping address submitted with the order to be changed for any reason after shipment, re-routing fees and/or administration fees may apply.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

To request an order cancellation, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will make every effort to accommodate cancellations, but please note that not all cancellation requests can be accommodated.

Orders which have been processed and shipped cannot be changed or cancelled.

SHIPPING
TEMPORARY UPDATE: LIMITED FRIDAY HOURS: Orders placed after 2:00 pm on Thursdays will ship on Monday.

Orders typically takes 1-2 business days to be processed and prepared before shipping from our warehouse.

Most orders ship via USPS, unless expedited shipping is selected and paid during checkout.

Transit times are typically 3-7 business days, depending upon delivery location. 


ORDER ERRORS OR DAMAGED ITEMS/SHIPMENTS
Our warehouse crew will have checked and packed your order carefully for shipment, but accidents or errors can occasionally happen during processing or shipping. Please check your order upon receipt.

If we make a mistake, we'll take correct it quickly and easily.

If you received an incorrect, defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@vaporapparel.com with your order number and details on the problem. Our customer service team will correct it promptly.


UNDELIVERABLE AND REFUSED DELIVERIES
USPS packages generally do not require a delivery signature; undeliverable, missed or refused deliveries that are returned to our warehouse, but rescheduled for delivery may incur additional applicable shipping charges.


RETURNS
Your satisfaction is our priority; if anything is not right with your order, please contact us and we'll work with you to make it right.
Returns of new, unused, unwashed and undamaged items can be accepted within 30 days.

Original packaging is preferred but if that is no longer available, please ensure that the item is packaged properly to prevent damage during return shipping.

Please contact us for a return shipment authorization and address/delivery details to our warehouse. 

Upon receipt of returned items item in good, undamaged, re-sellable condition; a refund will be promptly issued.


REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed promptly and typically within 3 days of order cancellation for unshipped orders. Refunds for returned items will be processed promptly and typically within 3 – 5 days of our receiving returned items in good condition. 

Refunds cannot be issued for cancellations due to delivery or transportation delays.

Certain items cannot be refunded such as: clearance items, final sale items, gift cards, gift certificates, items that have been personalized, and items clearly marked as “non-returnable”.

Refunds will be applied to the same credit card, debit card, or other form of payment used in the original transaction.


VARIATIONS
Please note that since devices, computers and displays can vary and be calibrated differently, garment colors viewed online may differ from the actual product. 


ERRORS + INACCURACIES
Best efforts are made to ensure accuracy of information and prices on our website, promotional materials and communications. However, Vapor Apparel and Source Substrates, LLC reserve the right to amend any pricing, typographical and/or human or technical errors on our website or materials. 

Errors discovered in items which have been ordered will be communicated as soon as possible along with the option of reconfirming an order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact a customer regarding an error, we will treat the order as canceled.
