What We’ve Been Up To
We're lucky enough that a day at the office sometimes means getting on a boat and cruising around the Charleston area. We know how lucky we are to be able to work while we play. This month, we shot some content for new hats as we cruised through Shem Creek, Sullivan's Island, Morris Island Lighthouse, Folly Beach, and more.

Apply broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30+) every 2 hours
-
Don’t forget your ears, neck, and tops of feet when applying sunscreen

Wear a wide-brimmed or UPF-rated hat for added protection
-
Seek shade during peak sun hours (10 AM – 4 PM)
-
Stay hydrated — the heat and humidity can sneak up fast!

Tide Report for June
We're not called "the Lowcountry" for nothing. When the tide is high (especially after a rain), some areas and streets flood. One of the coolest things is when we have a King Tide. You don't want to be driving around or you might get stuck until the tide receeds, but a King Tide can reach 7 feet or more. The average high tide is about 5.5 feet. June 24 is expected to be a peak King Tide. We recommend going to a place like Pitt Street Bridge or even Shem Creek to check it out.

High and Low Temperatures for June 2025 in Charleston
Things start heating up in June, but it's still perfect weather for festivals, markets, concerts, and more. The thing to watch is the humidity, which is at an average of 74% in June.
